Lutheran Social Services of the Virgin Islands is a multi-program non-profit organization headquartered on St. Croix in the U. S. Virgin Islands.  The agency provides:

• shelter and care for abandoned, abused and neglected children
• educational and counseling services for at-risk families
• affordable housing for low income senior citizens
• residential care for adults with disabilities
• confidential telephone counseling for teens in crisis
• disaster relief and mitigation of sub-standard homes

Our agency serves the entire Territory of the U. S. Virgin Islands with programs on St. Croix and on St. Thomas for the St. Thomas-St. John District.  Although we are affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in American, the programs of Lutheran Social Services are open to people of all faiths.
