Early Head Start

Early Head Start at Queen Louise Home first opened in September 2003 to serve families determined to be at-risk for child abuse and neglect. Federally funded, the program works with 36 infants and toddlers and 12 pregnant women in center-based and home visiting settings. The Early Head Start staff provides child day care, health coordination, family education, special social services. Transportation is available and all services are free.
